Lewis Heathcote, CEO and President of FuseGlobal Partners, a University of Kent graduate, has worked in IT Consulting and Staffing since 1996. Prior to founding FuseGlobal Partners, he worked in The UK, Switzerland and The U.S. for several major IT Consulting and Staffing firms, specializing in Account and Engagement Management focused on ERP sales, staffing and delivery. He is married to the renowned Interior Designer Nicole Hollis; they have a daughter and live in San Francisco.
Tabitha CalhounResourcing and Business Operations Manager
Tabitha Calhoun, Resourcing and Business Operations Manager of FuseGlobal Partners, attended Southern Oregon University, majoring in journalism. Prior to relocating to San Francisco, she resided in Portland, Oregon and gained valuable management and operations experience as a Project Manager for a leading land use planning company. She joined FuseGlobal Partners in 2006 and, after leading the expansion of both the Recruiting and Administrative departments, now oversees the Operations and Resourcing teams.
Meldan Heaslip, Director, has been with FuseGlobal Partners for ten years, managing accounts and service delivery. Meldan began his career in IT with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ management consulting practice in San Francisco, focused on ERP & CRM system implementations. Prior to this, he co-founded and grew a successful music distribution company in Ireland. Meldan is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, where he lives with his wife and two daughters.
Gary Laverty provides leadership for business transformations enabled with SAP software. As a Global Process Architect for IBM’s Microelectronic division, he led the effort to re-engineer their procurement and inbound supply chain processes deploying SAP. In his past and present work as a consultant, his client list includes: IBM, Dominion Semiconductor, Delphi, Ryerson Steel, First Solar and Salt River Project. His solid base of operational experience and business process knowledge enables him to serve as a trusted advisor to his clients and to lead organizational changes. His deep and broad knowledge of SAP functionality enables solution mapping and engagement throughout the SDLC to assure alignment of IT development to business needs. His commitment to sound program and project management principles facilitates delivery of real business value on time within budget.
Gary’s passion is building and mentoring world class teams that establish and promote enduring positive change. He sees the mission of the SAP project team as much more than the deployment of software; the greater value is helping the client build an organization that has the tools and knowledge for resiliency and continuous delivery of business value long after the consultants are gone. Mr. Laverty has helped clients assess, recover and improve from flawed go-lives and aided them in achieving success proactively.
